For a la carte dining, head for Abiss Restaurant GastroBarra, which pairs elegant Mediterranean fare with a stellar wine list. Glam cocktail spots include the 360 lobby bar, a watering hole on the beachfront and the poolside Doree Gin & Sea. If you're looking for some entertainment, the hotel offers a comprehensive programme of day and night performances and activities during the summer, while in winter there are still regular shows over the weekend.
