"Nice hotel with rooms being very basic and the all inclusive food being your standard. Was slightly disappointed with the lack of variety and different choices, tended to be repetitive. The snack bar wasn’t very appealing as it just contained plain hand and cheese sandwiches, a plain hot dog or a plane burger, a salad bowl and a fruit option. Nothing much for children to do as for the first three days of our holiday (over a weekend) there were no activities on throughout the days. Sat around the pool was very quiet as no music playing to create atmosphere, compared with other hotels it was quieter boring. The staff were all very friendly and rooms were cleaned well each day by the maids! Great location for the beach and plenty of shops around. Bus stop right outside that takes you into the centre of Lloret for €1.60 and around ten minutes! LOVED the rooftop terrace for adults only- beautiful view and a great bar! Would recommend if looking for a quiet holiday, would not recommend for children!"

"Positives - Great location right across from the beach, a very modern hotel with good size rooms and everything you would expect for an all inclusive booking, exceptionally clean with daily maid service with clean towels Negatives - breakfast fine has something for everyone, the snack bar is very poor it’s inside and food items never change the lunch and dinner wasn’t great very hit and miss and some items have been cold food, the pool opens at 9am which is fine but annoying as you wait in a queue and people in the restaurant just come out and put their towels down which isn’t meant to happen but no one bothered about it and also there doesn’t seem to be anyone bothered about vaping as it happens everywhere at the pool in the dining hall at the bar area at the entertainment and also more disappointing all you see on the sun loungers is people smoking so if you don’t like vaping or smoking this may not be the hotel for you - I can put up with the food being hit and miss but not constantly having smoke in my face so this let the hotel down for me"

"The location of the hotel is only a 2 or 3 minute walk from the beach where you are treated by a friendly beach front bar/shack. In itself the hotel setting is not spectacular, but what you might expect from a non sea front hotel. The atmosphere in the area is relaxed and quite enjoyable. There's little or no excitement happening local to the hotel so one can relax. The rooms are clean and tidy. They are spacious enough and cleaned regularly. Disappointed that we were in a end room and had a very obnoxious and loud neighbour who thought nothing of leaning on his left hand balcony rail that gave him full view into our room. The sun only touched our balcony and hour before sunset. The restaurant was clean and tidy. We were given a suggested time for us to eat which was as it opened at 7pm. This was a stamped and a free for all so we avoided. Very very disappointed with how food was served up and the finer details of the restaurant. The quality of food was good but if I wanted veg I would have to stand in front of the chef and hold my plate out like Oliver twist. Being a vegetarian it's embarrassing having to ask for more than the skimpy amount they would dish up. For instance I went to the chef who spooned out 4 baby carrots, 4 X small quarters of boiled potato and sprig of broccoli. It's as if they have not cooked enough to allow people to serve themselves. Scrambled eggs in the morning often had a chef rationing them out. My partner's not a veggie, and said the meats and fish were tasty, but the rationing was very off putting. One evening I had a problem finding a coherent hot meal from what was on offer. I didn't want to have chips, they were dry and unappealing. I found potatoe croquettes, and placed a few on my plate. I went to the table and put one in my mouth, it tasted strange. When I cut one open, it was potato and ham. I went to the chef and asked is this vegetarian? He said no, then looked at me like I was mad. To emphasise he picked the little wooden plaque up to show me, It simply said croquettes. He then shrugged his shoulders and looked confused. The sign was later replaced with the correct sign say ham and potato croquettes. Also they would not let me have drinks on our first night without paying cash or card. I asked to charge it to my room but they wouldn't because we had not taken the small room card we were issued. No one told us we needed it in the restaurant, we were half board. If I a complaint on the hotel it would be the restaurant."
