"The new head of reception is rude to say the least. We were clients using the bar and apparantly upon leaving the hotel we were speaking too loudly, and rather than speaking directly to us and politely asking us to keep our voices down, the receptionist stormed out from behind reception and started to shout at all the other staff claiming that our behaviour was unacceptable and was potentially upsetting their clients. We are also clients and we deserve to be spoken to with respect. I returned to ask for an official complaint slip because of the treatment received from the head of reception and I was again spoken to rudely and told that I'm banned from the hotel. It's a little unfair to think that if you speak up and complain you are then banned for it. It should not work that way. Rude staff, poor attitude from the head of reception and an unjustified ban from the hotel for complaining about the way i was spoken to. I do not recommend this hotel."

"I absolutely love staying at this hotel. I'd rank it along with the best hotels I've ever stayed in, however, this is much, much cheaper. Service, fantastic. Food superb. Staff superb. Cleanliness superb. Rooms, fabulous. Facilities, top drawer. There is nothing I can fault. Fortunately, I'll be back again this year! Happy Days. Ian Bullock, UK"
