"This hotel does not merit 4 stars. I give it two only because it is spotlessly clean the beds are comfortable and there was a fridge with free bottled water. The food is ok and plentiful but the usual Spanish English fare The missing two are because they are total cheapskates in spite of being expensive The room I was given faced the car park with no sun all day. There were no refreshment facilities tea coffee kettle etc. If you wanted them you had to pay to hire them. I wanted to put passport money etc in the safe but you had to pay to use that too. Everything had to be locked in the case There were no sets of drawers for items like underwear tops etc just a long counter that was littered most of the week from lack of storage and a large wardrobe for longer clothes It isnt near the beach either there is a long hilly road up to the hotel door and then more steep steps to get in. Very exhasting in the heat This is also the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in with someone scraping furnuture about constantly overhead well into the night and couples rolling back late having had too much to drink. Everyone slamming doors and lots of screaming children I cant recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a stress free holiday. I will not be returning"

"We returned to this hotel once again and were very satisfied again. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm and pleasant attitude of the staff – everyone was very helpful and attentive. We got exactly what we expected and hoped for. The hotel is very clean, tidy, and cozy. We were especially pleasantly surprised by a lovely gesture – for our anniversary, we received a gift from the hotel, and such thoughtfulness truly warmed our hearts. The view from the window was simply amazing! We felt very comfortable here and will definitely want to come back again 😊😊"

"This was our 1st visit to this lovely hotel,3 adults family members & we had 2 rooms. We stayed for 6 nights in May. Check in was good quick & friendly by a gentleman. We were a little disappointed with the room on the 1st floor we were just overlooking some plants & trees & could see into the entertainment room but the good thing about our rooms on the 1st floor was that we didn’t have to wait for the lifts only 2 short flights of stairs,so pros & cons to rooms on the 1st floor. Nice little balcony but we only used once,due to no view really. Only 1 carton of water left in the room for the 2 of us. Good location just a very long walk to the marina we walked it the 1st time but the 2nd time we went to the marina we used Uber. The food both breakfast & evening meal was excellent,quality food,and so was the service excellent,every meal was absolutely divine & so much choice something for everyone. Delicious breakfasts & freshly made omelettes. I particularly liked how you pay for your drinks as you have them rather than totting up at bill at the end. Drinks reasonably priced for a four star hotel. Entertainment we went into the entertainment room 5 nights out of the 6 nights that we were there,some evenings it was good some poor and sometimes the singers just sang songs to suit the older audience. They do a fabulous job with the drinks orders & bringing your drinks. Reception sometimes only one staff member on so if they were checking someone in it meant that you were stood there waiting. All the staff were so really lovely & friendly. The outdoor pool area was nice,we bought drinks & toasties one afternoon,I would think tho in peak season that there are not enough sun loungers for all the guests. We do usually prefer an adult only hotel,there were a few children here,but nothing for them to do,the 1st night there were some running up & down in the entertainment room but then they left as it’s not the place for that when they are coming out with trays of drinks for people,& a child in the pool 1 day with a rubber ring,and a couple of babies there during our stay. I have read in other reviews that this hotel is mostly for the older people but I would disagree that week we saw people of all ages well over the age of 25.Yes lots of elderly people here,I’m mid 50s & my 2 family members are older so this didn’t bother us,we actually met some lovely people. They put the football on 1 evening that the men wanted to watch on the large TV at the top of the bar. Rooftop bar what can I say wow it’s fabulous up there and amazing views,we didn’t go up during the day just at night time. A bottle of fizz brought to our room on the evening of my husband’s birthday which was so nice. We would definitely return to this beautiful modern hotel as it ticks all the boxes for us."
