"This rating is for TUI holidays not the hotel itself. Awful location, inaccurate description from TUI, like staying at an M1 services. TUI rating and promotion of this hotel is false, please do not be taken in by it. The hotel is a business or one night stop over not a holiday destination. Half board is the same set menu every night in an empty restaurant. No salad bar, no specials, tepid food. No point in changing for dinner or sitting in the deserted bar, ambience nil. No where to walk to, traffic noise drowns out sitting on your balcony. Buses either do not turn up or are very late due to traffic on the motorway just outside the hotel. Hotel staff did try hard to help but TUI customer services whilst we were on holiday and when returned were brusque, dismissive and unhelpful. We will not be booking again with Tui, this holiday did not deliver, was not value for money and was deeply disappointing on every level. A trusted brand? No where near Tui!"

"Location, without a car or extra money in cabs fares it’s worth seeing how remote it is first . Had to use taxis to access places, poor public transport due to remoteness It’s a big distance to access anywhere. An extremely Busy motorway with rotten views. The pool area is average. The breakfast buffet was ok. Didn’t eat evening meal. Our rooms was a big one large terrace with old dried up sun loungers & chairs. No view just walls . old dated furniture in room. Cleaned but not deep cleaned ( skirting boards & corners dirty. Bathroom though big and nice was dirty in places especially the bath. Towels nice bed comfortable. Biggest regret was no kettle in room for hot drinks. Downstairs bar open till 11pm for Tea/ coffee at €3 ! Staff polite & helpful."
