"Terrible from the beginning to the end. I have never written a review before and often think it is people being fussy. However, this place was the absolute pit's. DO NOT stay at this awful hotel. You cant even get a glass to drink from. We were accused of trying to steal breakfast. I have honestly never encountered anything as bad. The location, staff and the beach front view are an absolute joke. JET2 should not be selling this hotel as part of a package holiday… the whole experience was a disaster and i am delighted to be travelling home."

"To start, my partner and I had booked this holiday last minute, we were sceptical about the hotel with the reviews etc but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was lovely and spacious, clean and quiet. We really enjoy our stay here. I was a bit worried about the food as my partner is picky but they had options of everything. We stayed with a half board included and it was brilliant. The hotel is located beside the A7 and it only took us 25/30 minutes to walk to a lovely quiet local bar and food restaurant that included pizza, drinks, Chinese and Indian food. There were also a few shops located for buying drinks/ food for our apartment. Our flight home wasn’t until later and we requested a late check out and staff were extremely helpful and offered 3 options of different times to check out. Bar staff by the pool were very friendly and nothing was an issue. Brilliant stay and would stay again probably around the same time of year or September as the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing also great value for money."

"Fantastic place , staff very helpful especially the young guy works at the reception, I had fantastic stay , 2 beautiful swimming pool , easy access to Estepona, San Pedro and Puerto Banús! The hotel was very clean and the room very spacious with balcony and fantastic view ! Thank you again! I definitely will be back very soon!mauro"
