"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) We recently stayed at OKU Andalusia and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and offers a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and finished to a high standard. One detail that often goes unnoticed in reviews is the excellent water pressure in the showers, which was among the best we have experienced. The Nathalie beauty products provided in the rooms were also a lovely touch and added to the sense of luxury. The resort is clearly designed with families in mind while still maintaining a relaxed and sophisticated ambiance. The beach club was not yet open during our stay, but even so, the hotel pools remained pleasantly quiet and never felt overcrowded. Breakfast can become quite busy during peak hours, but the selection is extensive, with plenty of healthy options, fresh fruit, and high-quality ingredients. One area where there is still room for improvement is the restaurant service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help, but at times it felt as though the different teams were not fully coordinated. We received the wrong order on several occasions, and one meal included undercooked chicken. These issues were addressed professionally, but the impression was more one of operational misalignment than understaffing. The food itself was generally very good, particularly the seafood dishes. Teyo is an absolute must-visit. The omakase experience was outstanding and easily one of the culinary highlights of our stay. The tapas restaurant with live music is another memorable experience, especially while watching the sun set behind the mountains. One minor drawback is that the rooms are not completely soundproof. We could regularly hear guests in the room above us walking around, both early in the morning and late at night. Overall, OKU Andalusia is a beautiful resort with excellent facilities, stylish rooms, and some truly impressive dining experiences. The service is good, though not quite at the level of the very best luxury hotels. With a few operational improvements, this could easily become one of the top resorts in the region."

"I stayed at OKU Andalusia for 2 weeks and it was fantastic. The location is superior with seaview. The staff is very professional, extremely friendly, and has a personal approach. The room is spacious and sustainably furnished. The breakfast buffet is carefully curated and very extensive. I can’t think of anything that would be missing. You can dine in one of the 4 restaurants; the chef and his team deliver top-notch dishes. At early breakfast, you can enjoy the sunrise and spot dolphins. I enjoyed relaxing massages in the wellness area; it was fantastic. OKU Andalusia is definitely highly recommended at every level!"

Coming from someone who owns and operates multiple restaurants between London and Milan, I understand first-hand how incredibly difficult it is to maintain high standards consistently across a large venue. The larger the operation, the harder it becomes to preserve quality, service, cleanliness, and attention to detail every single hour of the day. That is exactly why what this hotel achieves deserves recognition. What impressed me most was not just the beauty of the property itself, but the discipline behind the operation. Every member of staff genuinely seems to walk the extra mile to make guests feel looked after in a way that feels natural rather than scripted. There is a warmth and professionalism throughout the entire resort that is increasingly rare in hospitality today. One detail that perfectly reflects the standards of this hotel may sound small, but for people in the industry, it says everything: the pool toilets. Every single time I used them, they were absolutely spotless. Not “acceptable” or “clean enough” for a public area, but genuinely immaculate, almost as if somebody had cleaned them immediately after each use. In hospitality, details like this are never accidental. They reflect culture, management, training, and pride. The restaurants were equally impressive. The food quality, execution, presentation, and service were impeccable throughout the stay. Again, as someone deeply involved in the restaurant industry, I do not say that lightly. Good food is one thing. Delivering it consistently, at volume, within a resort environment, is something entirely different. Oku Andalusia manages to do both exceptionally well. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, refined, and perfectly aligned with the overall atmosphere of the hotel. But beyond the design, there is a feeling throughout the property that everything has been thought through carefully with the guest experience in mind. What Oku Andalusia delivers is not just luxury. It delivers standards. And in today’s hospitality industry, standards are what separate good venues from truly exceptional ones. For me, this hotel represents exactly what hospitality should be: elegance without pretension, flawless cleanliness, outstanding food and service, and above all, a team that clearly cares about what they do. A genuinely impressive operation and, without exaggeration, one of the best hospitality experiences I have had in recent years."
