"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. My bag was stolen while I was on the property. After reporting the incident to hotel staff, I felt that the response and assistance provided were inadequate. Losing personal belongings ( passport, money, credit cards, bank cards, mobile, etc.) is extremely stressful, and I expected stronger security measures and more support in handling the situation. The overall handling of the incident left me feeling unsafe and dissatisfied. I would encourage future guests to take extra precautions with their belongings."

"Spent 4 nights as a quick break with my Mum in April and cannot wait to return. The hotel is lovely, impeccably clean with lovely rooms. All of the staff are outstanding - special shout out to Tenorio, Ana and Pepe in the restaurant and Ana and Cristina on reception. We paid for the all inclusive package and would definitely recommend it. The quality of the food and drinks was very good. Thank you!"

"This is a lovely hotel for adults and groups ( that aren’t of the 18 - 30 age bracket 😀) It’s in a lovely location on the golden mile, beautifully designed and decorated and spacious. Rooms are well appointed and the service from housekeeping to reception is excellent. We visited in May which was probably a little quieter than normal, the pool area was fabulous with plenty of loungers and space for everyone. Spotlessly clean."
