"Just come back from a week staying here,overall it was a good stay staff nice and friendly and helpful when needed,rooms cleaned everyday,entertainment was ok on a night and the hotel is in a good location, I don’t agree that this hotel is a 4* though the room we given was clean but very outdated which was abit of a surprise as on the photos they all looked nice and modern the food was hit and miss sometimes the selection was good on other days it was wasn’t great and some of the quality wasn’t very good to be honest,if you want good sunbeds you will have to be down before 9 30 to get them as people are down very early to put towels on beds,despite these few downfalls I would stay here again if the price was right but would probably eat out of the hotel more and I think this hotel should be advertised as a 3* as for a 4* I would have expected the standard of room and food to be better than what it was"

"Got back home yesterday, Lovely holiday on the 4th floor with pool view, food was lovely and plenty to choose from. Entertainment was ok - pity it wasn’t outside, weather was gorgeous and Tuesday was a hot one! When having to take the stairs there did seem to be quite a bit of dirt on the walls, ketchup etc… daily cleaned room with AC. Would recommend this hotel and I will return soon."

"Honest review Hotel is very central to get to a lot of places walking or using transport. Hotel is clean and tidy, we stayed in a superior triple room, room was cleaned Daily with fresh towels and new bottle of water every day, also had mini fridge and kettle in room. Drinks there was a good selection and bar staff friendly. They also do crisps and nuts if you ask. Food was a bit hit and miss the restaurant is also very busy. We did eat at La Gioconda the other restaurant at the hotel and would definitely recommend you book a table there it was lovely food and less chaotic. We also did eat out a few times as plenty of restaurants close by. The pool area was also busy we did have to get sunbeds by 7.30 to be able to get them together. Having said that the days we went to the beach in the morning we came back and could get a couple of sunbeds for the remainder of the afternoon. This hotel id definitely say is more of a 3*. There are improvements needed however did it effect our stay? NO. We were there with other family members and we all had a good time and made nice memories together and that’s what it was about. I do think some people writing reviews are very picky. Ignore the bad reviews. Your holiday is what you make it!"
