"great location lots to do in the area.staff all very hard working and pleasant. food choice good, all inc drinks especially cocktails poor. we don't drink much but i would of liked one nice cocktail a day that actually tasted nice. Rooms adequate ,shower brilliant!"

"1st room we were offered looked out on to the bins, when i asked for another room was told,well it is a standard room. We were given a better room, we stayed half board and had to pay for water with our evenig meal. The staff in the dining area did not know how to smile, i understand they are busy but a smike would be nice. No tea ir coffee making facilities, air con did not work, niether did the safe, will not go back"

"I honestly don't know where the bad reviews come from. I don't know if we went to a different hotel. The staff were all very nice and always smiling. The rooms were spotless. The pool area was busy but what do you expect, it is a hotel. We didn't eat at the pool bar but the food in the restaurant was plentiful. There was always something nice that you could find. The drinks were good. Premium brands were served to AI customers. We were a group of 3, grandma, daughter and granddaughter and we have all had a fabulous holiday."
