"Our family of five recently stayed at this hotel, which is rated 4 stars and 8.5/10 on Booking.com. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of these standards, and we feel compelled to share our disappointments to help future guests make informed decisions. - Unacceptable Cleanliness: Upon arrival, we were shocked by the state of our apartment. The floor was dusty, the kitchen towel was dirty with hair on it, and the spoons were unclean. We immediately reported these issues to the reception, but two days later, nothing has been done to address them. For a 4-star hotel, this level of neglect is inexcusable.Limited - Housekeeping Service: We were informed that housekeeping would only clean our room twice a week, including towel changes. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber, especially for a family with children. Hygiene should never be compromised. - Poor Pool Access and Hours: The indoor pool, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was a major letdown. We were denied access because it was "too crowded," despite being paying guests. Additionally, the pool is only open from 11 AM to 5 PM, making it impossible to enjoy a morning swim or relax after a day out. These restrictions are unreasonable and inconvenient. Final Thoughts: Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, we expected a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and amenities. Instead, we encountered neglect, poor management, and a lack of consideration for guests' needs. We do not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting a 4-star experience.We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their services for future guests."

"Pool area floor black, smelly toilets, kids run wild all over hotel. Food in main restaurant not good. Was charged €56 1st night for 2 of us, asked if that for the week? No drink included extra charge for water! Nothing to do here just hills, 5 restaurants, 4 shops, beach the size of towel. Have to get bus to life...never again. Salou town was lovely wish we stopped there.."

"Nothing around unless you like to hike Not family friendly at all children’s pool opens at 11am and closes at 5,children's entertainment on for 20 minutes all Spanish. Family rooms in hotel right above bar Cleaner lady screaming at staff for 3 hours non stop horrible to here. So truthfully food not good entertainment poor I would avoid if you are English and with family"
