Broncemar Beach

"* Bkd room for 3 adults. Discovered 3rd bed was a very thin, metal camping bed with no bedding. They could only provide a room with 3 beds, after we paid an additional £385 on arrival! *We paid for a safe, it never worked and we didn't get a refund. *Water ran out completely (sinks and toilet flush) between 6-11pm each day. * I injured my back (only by bending, nothing activities related) during holiday and needed a wheelchair. There was one in the luggage cupboard but they said they had to rent it to us as it was from an agency. So we had to agree to rent it. £10 per day. However, they wouldn't let us have it the evening it happened. We had to book and it wouldn't be ready until 11.30 next day!! (Charges per day and wdn't even start with a whole day) I couldn't even walk back from reception to room as room was so far away. Even though there was a wheelchair in the cupboard. It was awful. *My brother-in-law contacted other companies. Jack's scooters arrived with a chair within 10 minutes, even though it was evening. His daily rate was also less, as the hotel add commission - disgusting that they add commission to profit from wheelchairs. *Our self-catering apartment had NO sharp knife, NO frying pan, 2 ring hob, NO cooker - very very basic. NO plug in kitchen sink. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Location & cleanliness - Good"

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS!!! the rooms were awful bird poo all over balcony even big cockroaches , i went into a bathroom there i was disgusted to see poo yes POO on the floor in their clearly the people are disgusting it was horrendous i would say the food was alright but it wasn’t the best the mozzarella sticks were nice and hash browns but the rest wasn’t very good if you do book here i recommend going to the beach as the hotel is not nice they gave us the wrong room and were very unhygienic the swimming pools weren’t the cleanest and the clientele was very poor and the staff were rude."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and well maintained, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The highlight of my stay was definitely Emma from the Entertainment Team. She was incredibly energetic, professional, and always had a smile on her face. Her enthusiasm made every activity fun and engaging, and she created a wonderful atmosphere for all the guests. Emma's dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference and helped make our holiday unforgettable.Thank you Emma!!! I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.
