"Having just returned from a 2 week stay in this hotel, I would like to give my honest opinion about the hotel. Positives Hotel is very clean and modern and the grounds and gardens kept immaculately tidy and it is in a good location to a small shopping mall, cafes and sports pub and just a ten minute walk to the top of the Strip. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we used to stay at the Adults pool and many thanks to the Barman ( REY ) who was very pleasant, helpful and kept the bar+ pool bar very clean, a true professional! The bar below reception made very good cocktails and served many International drinks along side the very good Spanish wines and beers. Breakfast was the best meal of the day, HOT eggs cooked for you by a lovely lady. Negatives No hand sanitiser anywhere, thankfully we always take our own. Not enough tongs to pick food/ buns etc up we saw many people handling the buns, baguettes etc. FOOD, we have travelled to many countries around the world (40+) and stayed in over 60+ hotels and apart from 1 hotel in Turkey we have NEVER had so much cold food, Im not a fussy eater and will give anything a try but I struggled at times to find something to eat. We tried going to the restaurants, lunch and evening time as soon as they opened but food at best was Luke warm, the only hot food that we found was if you managed to get a slice of Pizza as it came out of the oven. Why do you have heat lamps warming the dessert plates and not the dinner plates. Hotplates are not hot enough to keep food Luke warm never mind hot, also most of the trays of food had no signs telling you what it was and did it contain ingredients that can cause an allergic reaction. some good signs for chips, sausages, burgers and bacon etc which obviously everyone knows. One person we talked to put what she thought was onion rings on her plate, but they were Calamari , luckily she didn't have a seafood allergy. We gave up complaining to the restaurant managers about this, especially the food being luke warm at best, they just kept saying " put it in the microwave to heat it up" but I said that we shouldn't have to do that, plus one of the microwaves is too small so dinner plate can't fit in it. Thankfully there are some nice cafes/ restaurants nearby 2 minutes walk where you can get hot food, and many on the Strip and seafront, we ate out quite a few times on this holiday. No chance of returning to this hotel on all inclusive basis, it was a complete waste of money."

"The hotel is beautiful. Has an adults only pool bar with big comfy sun loungers, but they still get reserved with sun towels and then people just leave them there. We booked because they said there was a Spa, but it hasn’t even been built yet! The location is just a short walk away from the main strip with plenty of bars and restaurants. If you like indian, Everest Spice is a must. Food at the hotel is what let it down. Much of the same everyday which is understandable as you can’t please everyone, but it was ALWAYS stone cold. There is a supermarket across the road, and on Thursday and Sunday they have a craft market behind it. So all in all I would say book B&B and eat out."

"Hotel is very clean .Staff are great .Rooms are immaculate. Now for the bad bits. Food is not brilliant always cold and not the best quality. This goes for all meals including breakfast. Drinks from the bar need to be explained better as there is a charge for some brands even if you are all-inclusive. The Adult pool area is nice but the loud 70s porn type music is very annoying. The onste Italian restaurant is a joke ..food not the best and you have to buy your own Alcoholic drinks ! We checked out a 12 o'clock for a transfer collection at 5.30 ..they cut your all-inclusive wrist bands off when checking out giving you no access to the day restaurant for drinks and food ..if you want anything you have to buy it. All my stays at all-inclusive hotels are that until you are collected ...won't be returning to this chain of hotels again."
