Riu Palace Calypso

"When we arrived at the hotel we were given a very nice, modern hotel room. The balcony was very spacious and the view of the beach was perfect. The quality of food was just OK. If you’ve been to a Riu 5 star, you’ll definitely be able to tell the difference. There elevator was extremely slow and you could be waiting several minutes for one. So if you’re booking, don’t pick a high floor. I’d say 90%+ of the customers are German and in some cases the staff could speak German and not English. Overall, it was very a very pleasant stay and once the weather is good, there is very little to complain about."

"Our stay at this hotel was exceptionally good From the moment we arrived to the time we left our stay was one of pleasure Every single member of staff we encountered were kind,considerate and extremely polite and helpful Our room was spotlessly clean (705) and serviced to a very high standard on a daily basis The view from our terrace was amazing Food was very good and of a high standard considering all the different nationalities that they were catering for. Such a wide and varied choice it was hard to decide what to eat Krystal restaurant was a great experience Pool are spotlessly clean and very well serviced from the bat Night entertainment was mostly very good Overall a most enjoyable holiday and one which we will be enjoying again in September "
