"This hotel is rated as a 4 star. Definitely not. It is however clean and convenient to Amodores beach and also only a short taxi ride to Puerto Mogan and Puerto Rico. Although it is all inclusive it is very limited and most travellers seem to use it as a base to explore further. We found the staff very courteous and approachable. The rooms were spacious and reasonably well equipped and very clean. Maid service came most days and did a quick spruce up. All the all inclusive drinks are self service , there is no table service. The drinks are off a reasonable standard and plentiful although certain machine / pumps can get busy at peak times. The only place to get drinks from was the main pool area ( alcohol between 11 am and 11 pm ), you can get soft drinks / water at various times. Food Breakfast is at 8.00 am and has a reasonable selection of fruit , English breakfast and continental. There is no live cooking as such and it's all under heated lamps, if you're wanting fresh fried eggs etc I'd recommend getting there for 8 as the lamps tend to harden the yokes. Dinner and Lunch tend to pretty similar with a small selection of food. Always seems to be good for kids such as nuggets/pizza/fries etc. Usually a selection of 3 or 4 main dishes and various veg / rice etc , also a small variety of desserts. Without a doubt you will find the food does get repetitive. On th patio area there is a small area for smoking where guests can sit down and smoke while having a coffee, this does get spoiled however by other guests leaving there empty cups / glasses / cig packets on the table despite there being bins very handy. Just basic laziness on guests parts if I'm being honest. In short if you're looking for a 4 star all-inc experience then this isn't it but after saying that it is very reasonable value for money."

"Just myself and Harry for our 3rd visit. We love this place! The staff are so wonderful and made sure Harry had all that he needed. Nothing is too much for anyone here! I must also mention the other guests who, again , made our holiday awesome! Harry singing on karaoke was amazing! You all made him feel on top of the world. This is a family hotel , you will meet strangers who fast become friends! Enjoy. We will be back!"

"This hotel is located up a hill, with spectacular views over Amadores beach. Luckily, we rented a car to get around, as without it we would not have left the hotel too often. We arrived well before the official check in time, and were able to access our room immediately. The rooms are large and spacious and equipped with a small kitchenette and full sized fridge. There was a walk in shower in the bathroom. The food was plentiful and lots of choice. However, the quality was really bad. Overcooked and not well prepared. There was no real bar, just bottles with optics where guests could serve themselves drinks from 11-2300. But there was plenty of choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Around the pool area, there were lots of sunbeds, and the pool itself was really nice. The evening entertainment did leave a lot to be desired. It wasn’t that good. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. But, as an older couple, this hotel was not for us. It is ideal for families with kids."
