"This hotel is infected with mold. As soon as you enter from the door that there is a distinct smell of mold, musk, sewage and heavy detergent to cover these. Initially they gave me a room which was with black mold on the walls. I asked for a change, the next room still had mold but it was covered with paint. I couldn’t sleep that night because I have allergy to mold and my eyes got itchy & throat was swollen. I booked the place for 3 nights but I had to leave after 1 night and booked another place in Las Palmas. I contacted Booking.com immediately, they created a case on the hotel and I asked for a refund. The next day I told reception that I’m leaving and I want a refund, they said that they need to wait for the hotel manager. At the end, they didn’t refund me, because the hotel is saying ‘in the new room there was no mold’ while whole hotel is infected with mold. Worst part is that the employees know this issue. This is extremely dangerous for human health, I can even sue both Booking.com and the hotel. This hotel needs to be knocked down cause there is no way that they can fix the mold issue. All the walls are dirty and brown. I have pictures from the rooms and the hotel’s messages from booking.com. AVOID THIS HOTEL !!!! They’re also being so hungry and ugly by not accepting their fault and providing me my refund."

"Nice hotel, good location close to the beach. Rooms are not soundproof and you may hear noises through walls. One big downside: Water was totally out 24hours!"

"Just home from staying in this place. Looking on there website the pictures are very misleading. The rooms are very Basic they have good WiFi and a Smart TV thank fully. The Jainitor was very helpful with getting TV set up, phone had to ba replaced aswell when we arrived. The room very standard no Tea or Coffee facility. A small mini fridge in the room and a bottle of water on arrival, also few beverages in fridge available at a price. Beds were comfortable soft pillows but no blankets supplied. Aircon was very noisy so we turned it of. No balcony just a window opening. No restaurant and the only bar was a pool bar on the roof which only opened at 12.00 and closed at 4.00. Breakfast was awful l am a Coeliac so all l could eat was gluten free bread rolls which for 9 days gets bit much. I asked chef could she make me a Omelette and straight away she said No. The waiting staff at Breakfast were lovely especially Stephen. Wouldn't recommend this place for a Holiday only maybe for a night. "
