"We had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The entire hotel complex is beautiful, absolutely clean, and the bungalows are wonderfully designed – you feel right at home. What really stands out is how well the staff accommodates vegan diets. Since this can often be tricky in the hospitality industry and the hotel chain actively advertises it, we were very curious to see how it would be. An important tip for future guests: You should definitely inform the front desk right upon arrival that you are vegan. From that moment on, the team puts in a lot of effort to ensure you are well taken care of. We booked half-board and were served a special vegan meal every evening – a full menu including a starter, main course, and dessert! If you have any special requests, suggestions for improvement, or if something isn't running perfectly, you should absolutely reach out to the management team, especially Ms. Bojana. She is incredibly dedicated, takes care of things personally, sets things in motion immediately, and truly goes above and beyond to make everything right. We were able to communicate with her in Spanish, English, and German. The restaurant manager, Mr. Anselmo, is also fantastic. He speaks excellent, Spanish and English and is very open to feedback if you have any questions or wishes you'd like to share.
