"Conclusion: I stayed at Axel Beach Maspalomas for five nights. Overall, it is a good three-star hotel that met all my expectations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Although the pool area was often busy, it had a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. I would consider staying here again in the future. Review: I took the bus from the airport to the hotel, which was both easy and inexpensive. The bus stop is only a five-minute walk from the hotel, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it is only about a ten-minute walk from the Yumbo Centre, where you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars. I was given an apartment with a balcony facing the street, but this was not an issue at all. The apartment consisted of a separate living room and bedroom. It was clean, and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed during my stay. The bedroom was very dark at night, which I particularly appreciated. The pool area can get quite busy, and you need to arrive early if you want to secure a sunbed. Despite this, the atmosphere was cozy and enjoyable. There was a DJ playing music on Saturdays, which added to the ambiance. The pool bar served cocktails throughout the day at reasonable prices."

"AxelBeach has been our absolute favorite hotel on Gran Canaria for many years. Its intimate size and beautifully maintained grounds create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with a unique feel-good factor. The pool area, complete with Bali beds, a sauna, steam room, and whirlpool, is perfect for unwinding. One of our personal highlights is the amazing strawberry daiquiri – simply unbeatable! Pool parties with DJs and occasional barbecue evenings provide entertainment while maintaining the resort’s overall peaceful vibe. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-equipped - Toaster and Espresso machine are available. The housekeeping team, who do an excellent job every day and keep the apartments spotless. The location is ideal as well, with the Yumbo Centrum, supermarkets, and the main bus station all within easy walking distance. A special thank you goes to the fantastic team. Alex, Carmen, and Pancho at reception, as well as Rayco and Luis by the pool, make every stay memorable with their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Also the Manager Kevin is helpful and always present. The beautiful grounds, relaxed atmosphere, pleasant background music, varied weekly activities, and the warm, personal service create the unique “AxelFeeling” that keeps us coming back year after year."

"One of the best and funniest trips. We didn’t research the hotel so myself and my friend were surprised when we turned up! But the hotel was great, rooms are a good size and the entire place is spotless. The bar and cafe on site have a good variety of choices and the food was good. Also cannot fault the staff who were all amazing. The gym and massage therapist also brilliant. My friend and I were technically the wrong demographic but it didn’t matter, we had a brilliant time. And actually for two women who don’t want any hassle it is probably the perfect place to go. Very central and easy access to shop, bars, restaurants and the beaches."
