Barcelo Margaritas Royal Level

"We have stayed at other Barcelo hotels and hoped this one would be to the same level. It did not disappoint. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and clean. We asked for a high floor and we were given a room on the 8th floor. We were impressed with the Royal Level restaurant buffet, plenty of choice and food was hot. Staff were very friendly and professional. The swimming pool was one the best we have been in, and no sunbed wars. We always got a Bali bed and normally our preferred one. Poolside drinks service was amazing. We had a lovely stay and did not want to leave! We will definitely be returning. "

"A very relaxing holiday, spent round the pool everyday. Hotel was not very busy, so no issues over sunbeds, or queuing for meals. Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Our 3rd floor Junior Suite was a good size with separate bedroom / lounge. During our stay, we moved rooms - as we wanted to sun on our balcony in the afternoons. This was arranged with the Reception staff without any fuss or bother - credit to them for that. Our only disappointment was that there was no bar to use in the evenings with comfortable chairs - to socialise with fellow guests - but we believe this may be being addressed in the coming months"
