"The location and views were amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The food was decent (7/10), and there was always something available for both adults and children to enjoy. Unfortunately, the rooms were disappointing (3/10). While they were clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly, we repeatedly found insects in the room despite keeping the doors closed. The rooms could also benefit from some modernization and updated furnishings. The swimming pool was acceptable for swimming, but some areas appeared worn and in need of maintenance, with a few parts seeming to fall apart. On the positive side, there were plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were excellent—friendly, polite, and always helpful. The animation team and activity staff did a fantastic job, and a special thank you to Anna, who was always smiling and brought great energy to the guests. The water park was a lot of fun, although the salty water may not be to everyone’s taste. Remember it’s easy to travel by bus and visit beaches around 10/15min by bus . 10min by taxi for around 10/15euro each way. Overall, despite some issues with the rooms and maintenance, we had a good time and enjoyed our holiday. I would rate the experience 6/10."

"We have just returned from a week here, we could have stayed two weeks. After reading reviews we were hesitant to book but what a lovely week we have had. The water park being included was a massive bonus and we went several times throughout the week - yes it’s saltwater but it didn’t bother us. Put a pair of goggles on. There is a supermarket and shops under the hotel opposite which was handy. Along the beachfront also restaurants, bars and shops. If you didn’t want to leave the resort, there was plenty to do for adults and kids. There’s a bus stop and taxi rank at the top of taurito, easy to walk to and to use. Mogan is a must, beautiful little seaside town. The hotel itself was clean and looked after, on a late arrival we got given a packed lunch and a two hour free entry into the spa for one adult to use in the week - lovely touches. Food - fantastic, varied and didn’t have a bad meal in the place. Yes we ate out a few times to mix it up but mainly ate at the hotel. Bar - all inclusive is mainly a limited menu and you do have to pay after 11pm, which was absolutely fine for us. Most of the activities in the middle of the resort - mini golf, bowling, trampolines are to be paid but they are cheap enough. Room - lovely spacious balcony and lovely clean room. We couldn’t find fault with this hotel and I don’t understand the negative reviews. If you want a nice week away, in the sun with your family this is the perfect place."

"We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights (22–28 May 2026). I understand that the hotel and its furniture are a bit old, but it does not deserve to be rated only 3 stars. We had the best experience ever. Having stayed at many all-inclusive resorts over the years, this one was by far my favorite. The water park, beach, delicious food, drinks, and all sorts of facilities and entertainment for kids and families were excellent. The beach is beautiful, with huge waves in the sea. There are also some shops for souvenirs. Some activities on the beach required an extra fee. Our room was a one bedroom flat which is really good when you travel with children. If I were to criticize, I would say the staff at reception were not very friendly and rarely smiled. They provide only shampoo and soap, not body wash, and these are only in your room on the first day; you have to request more from reception each time you need them. However, these issues did not bother us at all. The water park was just amazing. We enjoyed our time there and would love to go back one day."
