"Just returned from a 10 day break and from arriving we were impressed, hot is spotless checking in was smooth and straightforward. The only thing for us was we could not get into our rooms until 2 but sitting in the sun drinking cold beers was not a problem. The pool area is great always find a good spot and the sun is on it all day , the bar staff are great always happy to help and drinks are well made and priced well with a good selection to choose from . Entertainment in the day is good fun if you want to join in for free drinks and cocktails Frederick who runs the entertainment is amazing as is DJ Dom on karaoke nights very funny man we loved it . Bar food is served all day fairly basic but good if you get hungry in the day and ok priced . Rooms are well equipped with all you need for self catering and cleaned daily with fresh towels every day only negative I have on rooms is there is not air conditioning and it can get a little warm in them . Overall a great place well located would definitely visit again and recommend"

"Cedric is amazing at the entertainment there. Both day and night is full-filling. Hotel is immaculate, rooms lovely. Pool is stunning. Having the best time here! Definitely be back and highly recommend. 10/10 to Cedric!"

"We came as a family of 4 with two children (7 & 5). We were in room 203C, it was on the same level as the pool along a little coridoor. The only thing I would say is it was very noisy. The entertainment was on until quite late and sounded like it was right outside our bedroom. Then on a morning if people were up early or staff were walking past again it sounded as though they were in the room it was so loud. There was only one plug in the bedroom that was near the dressing table so maybe take an extension plug. The third thing to bear in mind is the stairs. There’s around 190 stairs to go up and down to the main centre and if you take the road way it does take longer but not ideal for mobility scooters etc. taxi is around 4-5 euro to come back up to the hotel. The positives were the staff were amazing, Cedric the entertainment staff member was brilliant with the children and there were so many activities throughout the day. Jonathan the life guard was so friendly and always interacted with the children and even helped teach my son to swim. The food at the pool bar was lovely and the rooms were cleaned daily. We came in April and there was always spare sunbeds available if we arrived later at the pool. You can reserve them but we never bothered. The location of the hotel is also brilliant as there’s so much around for kids. The angry birds park is close and there’s so many options for meals and drinks. I think if we went to the hotel again we would request a higher room further from the entertainment on an evening but other than that it was a great holiday."
