"Honestly, this was just a great hotel. The views are stunning, though the complex itself is a bit of a maze — very much a “wait, why are we going this way?” kind of layout. It’s built into the side of a steep hill, so getting around relies on a criss-cross of stairs, paths, and lifts. There is a lift that climbs at about a 45-degree angle and covers all six floors, but there are only two for the whole complex. If you’re able to use the stairs and only going one or two floors, they’re usually quicker. You enter the hotel on level 6 at the top. Our room was on level 2, and most of the main facilities — restaurant, pools, sun lounger decks, bar, kids’ areas and salon — are on level 3. The apartments are a great size, with a massive balcony. Everything was tidy, clean, and had everything you’d need for a good stay. We were provided with 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels. The facilities are also excellent: two pools, plenty of public sun loungers, two private loungers on the balcony, a football court, play park, and a salon/beauty place. The pools were never so busy that they felt uncomfortable or unusable, and there were always plenty of empty sun loungers. We upgraded from self-catering to all-inclusive at the hotel, which worked out at around €30 per person per day. It was extremely worth it. The food was good, with a wide variety of options and always something you’d happily eat. Everything felt fresh and tasty. The drinks were exactly what you’d expect from all-inclusive: beer, wine, and soft drinks available on self-service taps, with other drinks served from the bar in standard all-inclusive measures. Premium drinks were also available at a reduced price. The entertainment was good too. We didn’t join in much for most of the stay, but on the last night there was a quiz and karaoke, which ended up being a great laugh with a really good atmosphere. There’s a small shop within the complex for anything urgent, and it’s also walkable to a nearby shopping centre, around 10 minutes away at roughly the same elevation. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and a few shops there, offering plenty to do during the day and into the early hours. The beaches and town centre are around a 20–30 minute walk away, mostly downhill. That said, taxis on the island are excellent. A taxi to the local beach or town is roughly €7, and there’s a taxi rank right outside the hotel, as well as another about five minutes away. Overall, it’s a very good hotel whether you’re looking for self-catering or all-inclusive, and they manage to cater well for both. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, slightly quieter, self-guided holiday."

"Last stayed here last over 12 years ago, so here is an honest review from someone who gets about. Accommodation; The room, 1 bedroom with the pool access was unbelievable, the pool is shared with another room but for the 6 days we were there it was unoccupied. Beds, nice and comfy. The apartment is nice and big. Bathroom huge with a walk in shower Cleaning, not the greatest, in and out. Entertainment; Evening entertainment is typical AI hotel acts most nights with 1 night a quiz night followed by karaoke. Afternoon bingo and the usual water polo,water aerobics and basketball were offered. Food and drink; Food, always something for everyone, big range at every mealtime. Drink, i have attached photos of what is available, although all cocktails are premixed and tasty but not that strong, small glasses/plastic, beer,wine and soft drinks help yourself, Overall; The swim up room made the holiday ,the staff were amazing around the restaurant/bar and reception and if i could get the same room wouldn't hesitate booking this hotel again, and the lifts are not really an issue as long as they are on."

"Great location with great views, this hotel is worth the price you pay. They have all inclusive and self-catering options. They do day time activity's and nighttime entertainment. They have two large pools, small park, small gym and a pool table. They also have a local spar shop on site (closes at 8pm) Hotel is child friendly. Food can gets a little repetitive but reflects 3 star quality. Only disappointment is that it doesn't have air-conditioning but you can rent it from a local business. 7 euro taxi to commercial centre, 5min walk to Europa Centre. Short taxi to Amadores beach & Puerto rico beach. 15-20 minutes walking. Around 40 euro to Aqualand (freshwater) and around 20 euro to the saltwater park Taurito."
