"A brilliant family holiday. I travelled with my wife, son (2 years old), father in law and mother in law. We have travelled to this hotel previously and we chose to come back because of how good it was. Rooms We stayed in a family suite in room 1606. You had to take a lift to get to it (as you do pretty much everywhere in the hotel) but it was never too much of a wait. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of Puerto Rico beach. The only criticism I would have here is the decorative cushions/throws were a bit smelly and could’ve done with a bit of a clean. Pools There’s lots to choose from. My son loved jumping between the splash park, the main pool and the infinity pool. The water was warm enough if the weather was cooler. It was upwards of 25 each day we were there. Buffet We initially booked bed and breakfast but upgraded on arrival. It cost us 25 euros per person per day and they didn’t charge for our son so 350 euros for the week. It felt like money well spent. We particularly enjoyed the snack bar, where there was plenty of choice for lunches. The evening menu was plentiful, too, where there was lots of choice. I personally enjoyed the Asian station where they did things like noodles/fried rice/etc. One of the chefs even whipped up a fresh spaghetti bolognese for my son on a couple of occasions despite it not being on the counter. Location It’s up on the hill top so it’s a hilly walk whichever way you go but it’s only 5 euros in a taxi to the main centre. We ate out a few evenings and taxis were easy enough to come by. Improvement suggestions 1. I use the gym whilst away and they’re missing 2 carabiner clips from the cable machine in the gym. Similarly, there was a few dumbbells missing that needed replacing. 2. A touch more focus on cleanliness. The place is clean and looks brilliant watching the sunset from the outdoor theatre but as previously mentioned, some of the decorative throws/cushions were a bit smelly. 3. They need a soft drink machine in the splash park area of the hotel. It felt like every section had one apart from the splash park. Given that we were based at the splash park each day, it would have been handy to have one there. Having said all of that, would I go back? Absolutely."

"Amazing hotel. The food was up there with the best I’ve had at an all inclusive, there is so much choice and the pool snack bar was great if you wanted a burger or pizza for lunch instead of a full meal in the buffet restaurant. The only downside was that we had booked all inclusive but when we arrived we couldn’t have certain cocktails and drinks because they were only included in the all inclusive plus package. I was on holiday with my friend who doesn’t drink cocktails but I personally wanted to upgrade to the plus package for 25 euros per day. Unfortunately we were advised that both of us had to pay 25 euros a day for a minimum of 4 days so we decided against it. In the end, I bought Aperol spritz and it was only 6 euros each so 4 or 5 of them a day made the cost near to 25 euros anyway! The rooms were clean, lovely balcony with sunbeds and the beds were really comfy. Would definitely return to the hotel - it’s great for kids and adults!"

"Amazing! It was even better than we expected, from cleanliness, friendliness free bus to Amadores beach, the all inclusive food and drinks just a fantastic hotel for all ages! I would say 3 things though Entertainment ok not great was better on 2 last nights, infinity pool allowing kids and Joel at reception ignorant and could do with customer service course! Would deffo return though excellent hotel"
