"I have to say we had an amazing holiday alittle hic up with the room at check out but fair play the staff sorted it. The food was so nice my son loved it all… The staff were so friendly.. A lot of steps to the room but not a problem for us … The manager he was amazing. My only complaint were the group of Newcastle people who turned up and foul mouthed really made UK a bad name to be fair. Disgusting but apart fron that would definitely go back!!!"

"We got to the hotel and had to wait 3 hrs to get into our rooms. Had to hike up several steps to get there and opened the door and the door wouldn't open fully so nearly hit myself in the face with the door. Went to get changed in the bedroom and the hinges weren't aligned so the door couldn't shut at all. Basic beds but a nice balcony overlooking the lush green trees. Shower worked well but there was no flusher on the toilet, just an empty hole. Not ideal but thankfully this got fixed pretty quickly. The place advertises that there are two bars which is misleading as there was only the pool bar open all day and night. This meant that there was often long queues to be served by the admittedly pleasant staff. People say that the coin system is good in that people replace their cups but the cups are about 200ml max, so if you like a beer then you are constantly having to get up and queue as you get about 2 or 3 mouthfuls and you're done. I don't think I felt even tipsy once in that hotel. The place either needs the second bar to be open, change the 1 drink maximum or increase the cup sizes as their current formula, whilst undoubtedly saving them money, is a joke for us paying customers. I wouldn't care, the beer was quite refreshing. The entertainment is pretty none existent and the lights go out at 12 so off to bed or elsewhere you must go. The surroundings are very nice though and the pool is warm enough and deep in places. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from too so that is definitely a plus. Another plus is the staff in the dining area, the outside bar and the little burger hut. However, the food is pretty poor and not well labelled at all in the restaurant. It is cold and there is not variety. I tried the microwave once for the pasta and that just made it hard and chewy. Plus, you shouldn't have to do use a microwave at all! Thankfully, there was one item of food I could eat at each meal time but after 2 days I was desperate to get out of the hotel and have some proper cooked food. I think there was perhaps one or two of the staff who spoke English so that was a barrier too. The place definitely needs improvements because everyone I spoke to pretty much echoed what I have put in this review."
