"Absolutely perfect! From the very beginning and checking in we couldn’t have had a warmer welcome. The reception staff were really nice and helpful. Our room wasn’t quite ready but we stored our bags and went to the pool bar for some lunch. Food at poor bar was really good, freshly cooked and good portions. Our room was a sea view room and was brilliant. Very clean and spacious. Had everything you might need during your stay. Breakfast was very good, a great selection including English breakfast, freshly made omelettes, fruit, breads, yoghurts, cereals. Dinner was also very good, a couple of choices of meats or fish to be freshly cooked in front of you and plenty of sides to accompany. There is a useful supermarket attached to the hotel. Every single member of staff we found to be welcoming, happy and friendly. Thank you for a fabulous stay."

"We stayed at Marvell Club Hotel for two weeks in May/June 2026 for our wedding in Ibiza, alongside around 30 family members and friends, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Having always stayed in adults-only hotels previously, this was our first experience of a family hotel with our young baby, and we couldn't have been more impressed. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the third floor overlooking both the pool and the sea. The room was spacious, modern and perfect for a couple travelling with a baby. The bathroom was excellent, with a large shower room and an amazing walk-in shower. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic. A special mention must go to Gill, who greeted us on arrival and checked us in. We saw her throughout our stay, and she was always friendly, helpful and welcoming. She is an absolute asset to the hotel. The restaurant staff were equally wonderful and always took the time to interact with our baby, which was such a lovely touch and made us feel genuinely welcome. The only minor negative during our stay was one female member of staff working behind the bar, mainly in the evenings, who could sometimes come across as a little curt and unfriendly. However, this was very much the exception rather than the rule, and overall the service we received was excellent. The food was another highlight of our stay. There was a fantastic variety available every day and we always found plenty to enjoy. Breakfast included hot breakfast items, meats and cheeses, pastries, fresh fruit, breads, cereals, teas, coffees, juices and freshly squeezed orange juice. There was also a live cooking station preparing fresh fried eggs and omelettes to order each morning. Dinner offered a great selection of meats, fish, vegetables, pasta dishes, salads and a dedicated children's buffet. The live cooking station returned in the evenings with freshly cooked fish and meats depending on the day's menu. Desserts were excellent too, with fruit, cakes and a choice of ice creams and sorbets that rotated throughout the week. Water was available from the dining room machines, while alcoholic and soft drinks were available at an additional charge. Travelling with a baby was incredibly easy here. We were able to blend fresh fruit at breakfast for our little one, and there were always plenty of highchairs available. We never once had to wait for one. The facilities were equally impressive. The main pool was lovely—refreshingly cool at first, but perfect once you got in. There is also a children's splash pool with small slides which was great for families. We never had any major issues finding sun loungers, and the presence of a lifeguard from 10am until 6pm each day was reassuring. The children's pool and slides close when the lifeguard finishes, which is completely understandable. There is also an outdoor bar serving snacks and drinks, although we often used the supermarket attached to the hotel instead. It offered a great selection of snacks, drinks and essentials at very reasonable prices. One feature that deserves special praise is the free underground car park. We had hired a car for our stay and found the parking facilities excellent. There are around a dozen generously sized spaces and no additional charge. Access is simple via level -1 in the lift, making it far easier than walking around the outside of the hotel. As we were in Ibiza for our wedding, we returned to our room on our wedding night to find a lovely handwritten note and a bottle of cava from the hotel staff. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one that we genuinely appreciated. Entertainment was available on selected evenings during our stay, and towards the end of our holiday it appeared the hotel was introducing a more comprehensive daily programme for the summer season, including aqua aerobics, games, bingo and a mini disco for the children. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The hotel is clean, modern, family-friendly and staffed by genuinely caring people. The food was excellent, the facilities were great and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay made it even more special. We have already talked about returning in the future, which is probably the best recommendation we can give. "We stayed here for a family wedding. The hotel is in a quiet location between San Antonio and Port de Torrent beach. The area was not as run-down as we expected from reading other reviews. Hotel is nicely decorated in a 'sea' theme and kept spotlessly clean. Our room, a sea-view junior suite, was comfortable and very spacious with a small fridge, an excellent walk-in shower, and views over the pools to the sea. The only slight downside was the noise very early each morning of the bins being emptied. The staff, especially in the restaurant, bar, and the cleaning staff were all super friendly and are a great asset to the hotel. The food was good but could have been hotter at times. You can have eggs/omelettes cooked to order in the mornings, and meat/fish cooked to order for dinner. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit, salads, grilled salmon from the cooking station, and the mango ice-cream! Nice variety of potatoes on offer too although if you wanted chips these were always available from the kids buffet. There was entertainment on some evenings which was varied and generally good, including a fire/dance show, magician, quiz game. We especially enjoyed the guitarist/singer, David Vincent who had a great sense of humour! Large pool with spacious clean terraces and plenty of sun loungers. Also a kids pool with a few slides. Useful shop off Reception where you could buy snacks/drinks etc which could be taken round the pool. San Antonio can be accessed easily by water taxi from the jetty near the Amare hotel (5 euros per person for 10/15 mins trip) or by walking along the coast 45 mins or so. Port de Torrent beach, a 20 mins walk in the other direction, was a nice little bay for swimming with a couple of bars. Bus stop 2 mins walk from hotel for other trips e.g. Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida. Free underground car park. Overall I would say this is an excellent hotel for families with younger children."
