"Great location, quiet and peaceful. Just 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Easy check in with a jokey lady, very good. Rooms had everything you need. I emailed and requested ground floor as my parents are in their 80's. Email acknowledging my request. Was very happy on arrival that we had been given this. Rooms facing pool area. There are activities if you wish to join in but no pressure. Very good selection at breakfast. All buffet, cooked breakfast, pastries, juices etc. We will definitely be booking to stay again."

"What an amazing stay we had! The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the kitchen in the apartment contained all you needed IF you want to cook, (we didnt) great to have a fridge too, and all at no extra cost! There is no air conditioning, and that worried me a little before we arrived, but i read on a previous review that there were no 'mozzies' so you can leave the windows open at night and not get bitten, and it was true! All the staff were fab! Dora and Elsa on reception, Miguel, Victor and Ana restaurant/bar staff and all the other staff all over the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Louis the entertainment guy was hilarious, and such fun! (No pressure Louis 🤣).Breakfast was always hot where appropriate, all very fresh and well presented and soooo much choice! (I previously read a review saying the choice was limited, that review was rubbish!) They also have an extensive cocktail list that we worked our way through 🤣 The pool was always spotlessly clean and well maintained as were surround areas. There is a rule that sunbeds are not allowed to be saved and the pool area doesnt open until 10am, which is great! No one having to get up at the crack of dawn to 'save' sunbeds, and there are plenty of sunbeds! The evening meals are delicious, fresh and again plenty of choice! We didnt eat at the hotel every night as there are plenty of amazing restaurants just a short walk away. The beautiful beaches and lots of shops are also a short walk away. Bus stops are about 5 mins walk from the hotel, as is a supermarket. Anything you need or need to know there is always someone available to ask. We booked one trip, through the hotel, and it was all we hoped for, it was fab! (A trip to see/go through the volcanoes). There is a local market on Sundays, but we missed that due to leaving on a Saturday. We would 100% recommend this hotel, and intend going again!"
