"Well, this was our second time staying here and i have say yet again we were not disappointed. A thoroughly enjoyable stay from start to finish. Rooms were spotless, food was excellent and the staff were outstanding. Special mention for Pepe in the main dining hall, who i have to say is a credit to the hotel, he took the time at lunchtime and evening meal to inform my wife who is coeliac what was safe to eat. Would definately stay again and 100% recommend."

"This was our third visit and we have already booked to come back in August 2027. We book privilege as we love it in the Kashbah, Daniel and the team are so professional, polite and helpful and the food is very much to our taste. It's just our preference but table service for breakfast and dinner for us is better than the buffet but others love that choice every evening. The sunbathing area whilst it may be windy is fabulous, we love the cool donw of the wind as it can be too hot for us in the sun all day, Scots don't see enough sun to be used to it. We always request a quiet room away from the entertainment and its normally on the 3rd floor around about 300-340. All overlooking the pool. Lunch, if required is in La Geria and usually consist of buffalo wings, our favourite. We also make use of MIke's place and the staff in both are amazing, so helpful happy and gracious. Before and after dinner we make use of the privilege lounge and have a Southern comfort for the wife and a large Cacique for myself. Sitting relaxing in a nice quiet atmosphere either inside or outside. Everything is positive about this place, from all the stuff above to being able to step out the back gate and go right towards the lighthouse or step left to a couple of shops and continue onto the old town and if you have the energy and inclination into the harbour area. I think one of the most appropriate things I can say is that we have never had any reason to visit José Ángel Vázquez GM. Although perhaps I should have popped in just to say hello, his door is always open you know :')"

"This was our 4th visit to the hotel since September 2024 having been introduced to it by friends. We have returned each time with the same friends. Hopefully there will be many more visits in the future. We have never had a bad experience on any of our visits. We have always stayed in a pool/sea view room and each time the rooms have been kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. Nothing is too much bother for them. The hotel itself is just fantastic. From the moment you arrive and receive a welcome glass of prosecco the staff are welcoming and friendly. The food in the buffet style restaurant is both very good, plentiful and there is always a good choice. My wife has coeliac disease and requires a gluten free diet. This was no problem and she was very well looked after at meal times. Special mention must be made to the staff who took time to make sure she had no issues with her food, Fran, Pepe, Abdul and Daniel. They checked what she wanted at meal times and the food was brought directly from the kichen at our meal times. Thank you once again to these persons. The evening entertainment was varied and very good. On the whole the hotel is excellent. It is adults only so the noise levels aren't as high round the pool areas which is very welcoming. What is also very welcoming is the amount of sunbeds on offer. There are no sunbed dashes at this hotel. Hopefully in the not too distant future we will back to enjoy another relaxing stay in a small corner of paradise in Playa Blanca."
