"Our first time here at hl club. The accommodation is great. The staff super friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Ravi and Caesar for putting on some great entertainment and letting us know what's going on in the hotel. We will definitely be returning. Also the hotel is very cat friendly so if you like cats this is the place for you."

"Fantastic holiday - we came as two families together with children aged 4,6 and 9. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic , so engaging and full of energy and really great at their jobs. The food was your usual all inclusive buffet but every night was a different theme which meant there was a good choice for all of us every night. All inclusive drinks were good, all local spirits, cocktails pre made very sweet but ok. The rooms were basic and yes definitely some maintenance is needed here and there but we only used it as a base therefore it wasn't an issue for us. Housekeeping was where we found the only issue, cleaners did come in everyday yet beds weren't made, cups weren't cleaned either and sheets/towels weren't replaced very often across our 10 day holiday. We emailed two weeks prior to arriving to ask for apartments together however upon arrival we were told they can't do it which was a shame as we were all on one booking. Overall for the price it was money well spent, a great holiday for family, pool was fab, plenty of activities and would recommend."
