"Was ok..rooms didn't get cleaned just bins emptied whole week we were there..all inclusive stops at 11pm but not a problem for us..u get a few bunch of pissheads by pool..waterpark shuts at 5pm..food and staff Friendly and could always find something nice to eat.beach 5 mins away by taxi costs around 4 euros"

"I very rarely write a review. But this place just WOW. We renamed the place Hotel Hell. We visited as a family of 7 2 kids in there teens and even they were horrified. The grounds of the hotel are ok, the food is basic. The people who visit left me lost for words. Drugs around the pool, leaving rubbish, swearing, fighting, shadow boxing, loud and feral. We spend thousands due to spending as much time as possible out of the hotel. It’s miles away from anything and we had to get taxis to and from everywhere. The pools are dirty, our bathroom flooded, there were cockroaches in the room pretty much every night, you turned the aircon on it leaked water 50% of the sunbeds by the water park are broken. All drinks are served in paper cups. We bought our own plastic ones. They constantly ask guests to not eat around the pool and there’s literally adults and kids chomping on burgers on there lilos in the pool. We left our towels out on sunbeds on one day to come back from breakfast for them all to be thrown on the floor in the water. There is honestly no word to explain this place. If you like rough, loud and noisey go for it, if you want to relax then avoid it. That’s an honest review out of the week we were there we spent very little time at the hotel."
