"Great location though noisy, however to be expected. It’s chaotic and overwhelming outside the hotel but serene and relaxed inside. Disappointed by the lack of support with a broken safe, which was broken when we arrived & remained so when we left - staff seemed reluctant to help. Room was nice, excellent facilities & beautifully presented. Bar is lovely too, great place to enjoy the casino without losing any money!"

"I booked this hotel based on the images. On Hotels.com it said 41 m2. Junior Suite. So I booked it. On my arrival the room was not larger than about 30 m2. And nothing like the pictures. The room was not as spacious and from the images I had and used to choose the hotel were not from this room. So I said there must be something wrong and showed the front desk what I ordered. They said we have no more rooms available and you have booked through Hotels (Expedia) and the information there is not correct. So I checked their own website and it said 35 m2. But still there were images on their website that was not from the room I chose. So the girl at the reception said "well they are MORE OR LESS (mas y menos) 35m2". Such a joke. I asked how many percentage this "expression" is maximun. She didnt know. They were not very willing to compensate or do any kind of upgrade - which I even offered to pay for myself. Hotel was fully booked. Not even the breakfast they offered for free. Very bad experience. Worst hotel room for 554 € i have ever stayed in in Europe. Hotels.com has also lost a client that books many nights through his company and privately. Poorly managed. Bye bye."
