"I’ve stsyed 2 times in this hotel, and i think its one of the best, the location is perfect, the service is also perfect. One of the main things is the breakfast! It was delicious, and with awesome service(thanks to Tibi, Sandra and Karol). Special thanks to TIBI for making our morning breakfast time a enjoyable time, she does an amazing job and her service is exceptional!"

"We had a great experience at Petit Palace Hotel Presidente Castellana in Madrid!!, Location is exceptional, walking distance to many landmarks from the city. The atmosphere is very friendly and professional, rooms are very clean, the pillows and mattresses are extremely comfortable with a very nice buffet. We got suite 101 with 2-story right next to the lobby and it was always quiet and welcoming, with a huge window for sunlight and an impressive spacious bathroom on the second floor. The service was excellent, especially the team from the front desk; those guys were FANTASTIC, OUSTANDING hosts!! We interact with Joel, Lua, Belen and Ire. We felt like we were family. They were very approachable and proactive, always anticipating our needs, they went above and beyond with their best smile and professionalism to accommodate every one of our requests. They provided specific information on each single detail we asked about their beautiful city and its attractions, making our stay very smooth, relaxed and unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and its team!!Thank you!!!!"

"I had a wonderful time at the Petit Palace President Hotel - The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet - Great breakfast. The location is fantastic - you can easily walk to numerous shops and restaurants. Its very close to bus stops, so easy to get to the airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and a map. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its combination of comfort, location, and service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
