"This hotel just surprised with all the sweet little touches and details that had been missing in my Palermo stay last week. The reception staff are incredibly friendly & helpful, the welcome cookies & note, the luxurious glass selection in the room, the night sensor lights, the large bathroom and quality linens. It was a dream stay. I couldn't recommend it more."

"This is a very posh hotel in a very posh neighborhood (Salamanca), but is never ostentatious nor does it have an attitude problem. Everything simply works. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The room was adequate sized, and the bathroom is huge. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts, a la carte, are extremely high quality. Room service was amazingly quick. Will definitely stay here again."

"Lovely place with a wonderful staff. The front desk was great. There was one guy I really liked but his name is escaping me now. He was so fun and helpful. My husband was sick and he wanted to help get him what he needed. He suggested places for me to see alone for the day. All great recommendations! The room was a little small but adequate and no view but the location is awesome! We are not hanging out in the room anyhow. The hotel overall is really gorgeous but again, the staff made it so special!"
