"This is not a 5 star hotel. They advertise city retreat with city or garden view. The view from my window is the roof above the bar's outdoor sitting area. It is glass & yes, there are a few plants in the bar. This hotel's rooms are selling for$1,000- $1,500 to start. 2of 3 days there has been NO hot water. A tepid to icy shower, however beautiful, is a huge issue for me. The restaurant service is abominable. I was on a timeline and went to breakfast at 7 but barely made my 8:20 meet up time. It is a BUFFET! Initial service, menu, takes at least 10 minutes even when they are not busy. Coffee is another 10-15 minutes as is a coffee refill. The check is at least 10 minutes. Hot food is 20 minutes even when they are slow. You can't even order hot food when they are busy as the waiterss is nowhere to be found. SUGGESTION TO THE HOTEL- BUY ANOTHER COFFEE MACHINE!"
