Bordoy Alcudia Port Suites

"My stay at the Bordoy hotel in Port d’Alcudia was excellent in every respect. The hotel offers outstanding value for money, with a very high standard throughout and an experience that fully lived up to expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional, always helpful and creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere from the first moment. The suite was perfect: spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and very well designed. Cleanliness was excellent at all times, and the room was spotless and carefully kept. I also appreciated the noise level — or rather the lack of noise — since the hotel was calm and peaceful, which made it easy both to relax and to work. For me, the large table in the room was an especially valuable amenity, as it allowed me to work comfortably on my papers during the stay. The amenities overall were excellent, and everything felt well thought through and of high quality. The location is another major advantage: the hotel is ideally situated, very close to the beach and also close to the restaurants and other attractions in Port d’Alcudia. Altogether, this was an outstanding hotel experience. Excellent value, excellent cleanliness, excellent comfort, excellent amenities, and excellent service. I would be very happy to return."

"Can't comment on the food as we were room only which tbh I don't know why you'd pay to eat here with the amount of incredible places to eat nearby. Manjares, the bakery across the road, is amazing! Plus being right next to the port there are so many gorgeous bars and restaurants. Room was nice and comfy, loved the pillow menu! TV has several UK channels but isn't a SmartTV just fyi for anyone wondering lol Plenty of sunbeds where you could get sun all day. We preferred the upper terrace with the day beds. Staff were lovely and the vibe was nice and chill. My ONLY minus is the glass in our balcony was black so you couldn't see through it which seems a trivial problem but I enjoy sitting and watching the world pass by but felt I was just sat in a small box. Majority of the balconies have clear glass so unsure why the ones on either end of the building are blacked out!"

"Fabulous room, staff amazing, but didn’t feel this was a 5 star hotel. Didn’t like the repetitive food in the restaurant, everything covered in sauces. Breakfast was great for cereal, fruit etc, but you had to order cooked food and it was very limited. This is not somewhere I would stay again."
