"I’ll start with the positives. The hotel is in a fantastic beachfront location, with warm, crystal-clear water just steps away. Although the beach can get busy, there’s always plenty of space to put down your towel and relax. The pool area is spacious and has plenty of sunbeds, so there’s no need to rush out early to reserve one. The food is also very good, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Unfortunately, this is where the hotel starts to fall short. Some of the cutlery was dirty, so it was necessary to check it before using it. Another downside is the lack of a designated smoking area. Guests smoke on their balconies, around the pool, and in other communal areas, which can be unpleasant if you’re a non-smoker. The rooms are average and certainly not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The shower was grubby, the furniture was stained, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable—I ended up sleeping on top of the quilt to make it more bearable. Overall, the rooms look tired and are in need of refurbishment. The entertainment is decent, but I would say this hotel is best suited to families with young children, thanks to the excellent children’s pool and family-friendly atmosphere. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday as a couple or are expecting a true 4-star experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"I’m gonna write very honest review for this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels before, but this was so far the worst one, how they got 4* is totally beyond me. I read reviews, I checked many sites and regretting ever booking this hotel. We stayed there for a week with our 3 year old child, on bed& breakfast option. I was debating to book the all inclusive but luckily we voted against it. On arrival, the reception is lovely, very spacious and clean. There’s 3 lifts up to 5th floor and one lift to the 6th floor, the main three lifts were constantly dirty. Got our room and that’s when the first shock started, the room was probably junior suite 4* about 20 years ago. It was dated, dirty, hair and dust on the floor , in the bathroom was shampoo etc but was empty and never re filled. We have dirty glass shelve for few days so I took it all off for the cleaners to clean it without touching our toothbrushes but it was just left unclean. Aircon worked some days and some nights it didn’t or it did but so badly we had to sleep with balcony door open . Room had constantly unpleasant smell of dump. This was a very bad start to our otherwise lovely holiday. Once you get over the bad room and try to find sun lounger you have no chance because everyone puts their towels there 6am even though it says not to do so . The area around pools was by midday dirty with food or hair . It was such an unpleasant stay I couldn’t wait to be home . Unfortunately this hotel attracts sort of people who love to touch food at the breakfast with hands even though there was always spoon or tongs to use, people coming back to rooms late at night shouting at the communal hallways you can hear everything due the walls and doors being paper thin.. On the plus side, breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty of choices. And kids pool with slides was defo a win for our little one. It’s a shame as it’s in a good location to be potentially a great hotel or maybe it was about 20-30 years ago."
