"Although we had a lovely holiday the hotel had its teething problems. The renovation feels rushed, although to the eye when walk in it feels modern and stylish, on closer inspection it feels they ran out of time. Lifts are a major problem, this hasn’t been changed since previous, only one works (sometimes that even has broken) with a child and a pram it makes hard work going up and down the steps from the third floor. It also only allows a small pram and one person max, so can be waiting agies to get a space. The one pool hasn’t been renovated, and the tiles are extremely slippy. The newly renovated pool is nice, however the trees around make it feel messy often as well as the water seeming to drain down over night. I asked for glass to be swept from around the pool 2 days in a row after shards of glass going into my foot, but seemed slow at resolving. Breakfast was lovely with a good range of hot, cold and freshly prepared food Handy location with bus stop outside easy access to the city, a stones throw from airport, to be noted on a busy noisy road that can be heard clearly through the night. Everything is at an extra cost… beach towel €10 each deposit and if wanting changed need to pay extra €3 per day per towel! Pay extra if you want to rent the fridge. Pool doesn’t open until 10am, But I will say huge shout out to Begonia for being amazing at her job, making our stay welcoming and being a lovely person!"

"This is a solid choice following its recent renovation. The hotel feels fresh and modern, with a good standard throughout. The pool area is well kept, with plenty of sunbeds available, although it’s worth noting it sits close to a road. Location-wise, it’s really convenient. There’s a bus stop right outside with easy links to Palma, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the beach and resort centre. Overall, it offers great value for money and makes for an easy, comfortable stay."

"I was about to book this hotel but read the recent reviews. I’ve spoken to the Hyatt booking centre who advised that it is expected to open on 19th May. Whether it does is yet to be seen! Just thought this might be helpful for those checking out reviews before booking."
