Aparthotel Can Picafort Palace

"First the bad bits. The restaurant in the evening is open until 21:30 then you have until 22:30 to finish your food so PLEASEEEEEE don’t be AGGRESSIVELY FORCED into believing it’s an hour early so the staff can leave early Welllll I went in at 21:10 and and was confronted by an angry guy with light coloured hair and a star tattoo on his right elbow. Saying they close at 21:30 I then said it’s only 21:10 Then the guy with the beard came over to me and was shouting and throwing his hands around. Then on 3 occasions the young chef ( who was lovely actually) had a massive plate of cooked meats ( at 21:12 ) I asked for some off them, and he said sorry none left. I asked can I have them, them, and he said sorry it’s for the staff 😮 omg I paid thousands to stay hear with family, an on 3 occasions yes 3 this happened. Then staff all come out and take there own food On plates to take home, I don’t mind that but when customers have paid good Money, a then the chef puts all the meat away is not on. . Then at 21:30 the staff all line up like race horses and run to empty any food,and make anyone in the restaurant feel intimidated and unwanted bashing plates and making sly comments. Salad bar was lovely with Hellman’s mayonnaise The young lady cooking the eggs in the morning was brilliant. The egg yolks was runny but most of all the whites was cooked properly. The gut wasn’t as good a her. She was amazing. The good bits , firstly when you reply to my feedback don’t just acknowledge the good bits. Food was small but everything was hot and fresh. I loved the beef and chicken, but missed out 3 times due to the staff. The guy at the bar who looks like Tom cruise is amazing. There is a smell in the corridor and the kitchen units are all blown due to water leaks. Could do with an urgent revamp. The manager with the suit and hairs brushed back is nice and old school. Music turns off about 22:30 who’s is great for the kids. Ps the corona bottles are £5:50 each with no discount for all inclusive. Mc Donald’s right next door but wasn’t built whilst we was there. Would come again if the staff on the restaurant was replaced. Ps no air con in June as some people could be cold that said 🤦🏻‍♂️ 27• every day."

"The entertainment team was amazing throughout our stay. There were many different activities every day, including the Aquagym sessions, which were great fun, and the shows were also very good, especially the Disney show. The minidisco was fantastic too, with different themes every day and a small interactive theatre that made it very special for the children. The team’s treatment of the kids was excellent: they were kind, patient and full of energy. A special mention to Susana, the Head of Entertainment, and Paco. Thanks to them, the whole team works wonderfully. They are very attentive, professional and do an incredible job every day. Overall, the entertainment was one of the best parts of our holiday. Highly recommended!"

"Just back from a week’s stay at the Can picafort palace. Rooms were very spacious, we had a one bedroom apartment and a studio. Food was exceptionally good- don’t often like an AI holiday but no complaints here. Excellent facilities for storing bikes and doing laundry. Plenty activities going on in hotel with animation team. On site shop was very handy. Reception staff were very helpful on arrival and with any questions we had. Bar staff were totally amazing and special shout out to David, Fabian, Suarma,Jose and Manuel who were so attentive and friendly. We want to come back just because of them!"
