"From start to finish the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Unfriendly staff, hard bed, hard pillows, no additional pillows Loud bar at evenings past midnight meant we could not sleep and had to ask several times to staff to help manage Only one iron available for the whole hotel No air conditioning in the room In general just a really poor service and would not recommend this hotel to anyone €400 per night is so over priced and would not stay again"

"This hotel and location are just perfect. We booked 2 nights halfboard and the food was incredible. It has been the most heavenly stay we’ve ever had. The only thing I can think of to add is I would have liked coffee making facilities in the room."

"We went with our 12 and 13 year olds to be away from the hustle and bustle of the beach hotels and we found a true hidden gem in Mallorca. The Hotel is nestled in the mountains but still very easy to access from the highway. We did some day trips to Palma and to the beaches in the north but also stayed at the hotel for a day at the pool. A very big thank you to the wait staff as they were very accommodating with our kids and the food was so good! The pool and the garden is very well taken care of and added to the overall experience (also the cat which seemed to be the master of the garden). Being an old manor the rooms might be a bit dated but on the other side they were very spacious. The old paintings on the wall added to the feel of almost being in a museum :). I would definitely recommend this hotel to people that like good food and tranquillity but also want to be able to get to places."
