"Great choice of hotel and excellent location. Close to centre. Hotel exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast amazing and plenty of everything including hot food. Could not fault this hotel and will definitely be back."

"Stayed here for three nights with my son. Room was spacious (double with city view balcony) and clean. Well maintained and had everything we needed. City view wasn't great as we had a tree in front of us, higher up would have been better however we appreciated the shade from the tree. Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice and plenty of it so did not miss out on food. Had one meal in the hotel restaurant which was ok, the ham croquettes were lovely but the carrot hummous was more like a carrot puree from a pouch of baby food and at 12€ was overpriced, not at all as good as the croquettes which were similar price. I found the restaurant staff (not breakfast time staff) not as attentive to me as they were to other people, table not cleared of empty drinks or asked if I wanted more, wasn't given a menu when sat down and had to ask, although one waiter remembered my drinks order from a previous visit and that meant a lot because I felt I hadn't been as looked after as other people in the restaurant. Reception staff were wonderful and couldn't help enough, they made the hotel special. The location of the hotel was great, 10 min walk from middle of Palma and the marina so was easy to get where I wanted to go. Bus to Palma Nova was just around the corner and airport bus directly outside. Reception helped me get a taxi to airport for ease as a single adult with a child. I would stay again, I would just ask the bar/restaurant staff to be more mindful if see a single adult with a child visiting, its hard navigating holidays alone with a child so giving the adult the same attention you would to a family or a larger group would make them feel special too. "
