"We were in the hotel the end of May,thank god we paid extra for VIP otherwise our holiday would have been.a disaster,met really nice people who have been coming back every year because of this service.Lifts were far too small and there were only 2 for the size of the hotel was ridiculous.The food was delicious and plenty good choices available for vegetarians too.Air con broke down while we were there still wasn,t fixed after 4 days,thank goodness not in the rooms but the rest of the hotel was stifling in 30degrees,not very comfortable,quite a few all inclusive guests were going out for meals as it was too hot in dining room.Entertainment very poor,only catered for the kids,bar staff miserable,unfriendly and very rude,had issue with one over a drink when we said it wasn,t what we had ordered was told not to tell him how to pour a drink,we were correct,no apology.The staff everywhere else were fine especially the maids.Hotel was clean and rooms were modern,excellent shower.Family orientated,not suitable for adults,as I said before thank goodness for the VIP adults only area.First time.in Palma Nova won,t be last although a different hotel."

"On 1st day we were really please with hotel,but as time went on it was disappointing. Pool bar only 1 serving ,sometimes over 20 people waiting to be served in 30 degree heat for 20 min. Inside bar not much better at nite.pool closes sharp at 6pm bit early for folk. Food was terrible,grandaughter lived on chips ,we hardly ate a thing ,food cold then restaurant was so hot the jellys just melted. Entertainment???? Really bad Only good point is location."

"We had a lovely 5 night holiday here from May 28th till the 2nd of June. Couldn’t have asked for better weather, the rooms were clean and the air conditioning and shower were fantastic. This was my first all inclusive holiday. Great selection of food and drinks through the day. The entertainment team were great. Special mention goes out to Charlotte. She made so much effort to come and chat and get all the kids involved. She remembered my partner from her previous visit and can tell she’s really invested in our job. She’s a credit to the team. A couple of negatives which are more just constructive criticism. Maybe it was the time we came, but we had hoped for more water actives for the children. My step daughter came a couple years previous and loved the running water carpet. She didn’t get any chance to go on it this year and kept asking. The other thing which we really struggled with was the heat in the resteraunt. We really loved the food. But struggled to stay in there for long as it was unbearably hot. We would’ve had enjoyed being able to eat outside, but understand logistically this may not be possible. All in all, we had a great stay, and would definitely consider coming back again"
