"This will be our third time coming . What a beautiful hotel. Reception staff are so friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble . We stayed in a superior room . It had all the extras well worth the money. The life guard is so helpful sirting out the umbrella. We went across to the BBQ which was excellent. .entertainment team work really hard Food and drinks were good quality only small negative was the food is luje warm . Needs to be much hotter . But other than that a perfect stay with great weather"

"We was very impressed with this hotel. Were a couple in our twenties who wanted a relaxing all inclusive with some stuff to do nearby and we were not disappointed. Firstly the food was INCREDIBLE, best all inclusive buffets we have ever experienced. Highly recommend using the inside restaurant for lunch rather than the pool bar as it has more selection. All drinks (other than pool bar) were ordered through wait staff who brought them efficiently. The room was a tad on the small size, with not all balconies having great views but beds were comfy so can’t rlly complain. the safe requires a €10 despot on top of a fee which was a bit pricey. entertainment during the day was great (especially roy) with some unique activities such as sangria making which was a nice change. during night the entertainment was lacking slightly. Had a great band on one night at the main stage but then an underwhelming singer on in the bar across the road (all included) which was a slight let down. Would prefer a choice of a loud entertainer on a main stage and chill music in the other bar just for choice. Location was good for us (alcúdia port was an hour walk away, 10min taxi) which was nice and the beach was no further than a 10 minute walk. Transfer was also WAY less than advertised and only took max 90mins. Only downside was that if you have a later flight home, all inclusive ends at 3pm which was annoying as we missed out on a meal but might be usual? Throughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend!"

"Very nice place to stay at with comfortable and clean room, kind and helpful staff, delicious and various food and drinks. You can enjoy different programs in the evening and there are many other activity possibilities too. The environment and atmosphere is very pleasant and it is close to the beach (a few minutes on foot) which is also a big advantage. It is also possible to park around the hotel."
