"Not very impressed. Staff wasn’t very positive and felt like they were to only serve and not spread positive energy. The restaurant was always full and noisy, the food options were a little tight specially if you are a vegan/vegetarian. The food quality wasn’t impressive either. Rooms were nice and clean with everything you need. The only complaint i have for the rooms is the shower. It was rusty and felt dirty. We also had to wait 4 hours to get our room after a long flight and no sleep. The pool area was nice and just what i was expecting. Not a lot for the kids even though we didn’t have small kids. But i didn’t notice any kids clubs etc. Just the kids disco thing that every resort has. Location was nice and i liked that they had a small supermarket with everything you might need. Also had a bus service, that made visiting places easier. There was a lot of activities in the evening, like karaoke and bingo. For some reason it was always lasting very late and very loud. Couldn’t sleep before the partying stopped sometimes as late as 1 am. Overall there was nothing mind blowing in a positive or a negative way. I don’t think that this was exactly value for money as someone who’s been to a lot of different all inc. resorts. Everything that was supposed to be there was there, but nothing more. Maybe I am too strict when it comes to hotels but i’ve been to way better hotels in the same price point."

"Have been coming here for the last five years sometimes twice in one year. The staff are Fantastic, very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, the complex is spotless, as are the pools and the rooms. The entertainment is second to none. It is the perfect spot for a family holiday. You are really made feel part of the family. Especially with Fabio, he is a real character and a gentleman. The whole Atmosphere is fantastic. Except for those pesky mosquito in the very warm weather 😑."

"Just returned from EIX, we went with two other adults and two children aged 7 and 10, the airport was great, we went straight through the new electronic passport control without any problems, the coach transfer was about an hour, we arrived at the hotel after evening meal was finished but the reception staff opened the restaurant where they had a left a small buffet out for us which was a nice gesture, the hotel was really clean the rooms were great and all of the staff were great, the entertainment was good, the entertainment staff were exceptional, the kids had a great time. The food was good, always a good choice and well cooked, plenty of sunbeds and seating, no reserving sunbeds by anyone as the gates to the pool areas are locked and opened at 10 which works perfectly. There is a small supermarket within the hotel which stocks most stuff that you would expect. We will definitely return as this hotel is a gem. We all had a great holiday."
