"We’re currently on day 5 of 7 of our stay at HSM Lago Park and honestly, we’ve had such a lovely time. We’ve been really lucky with the weather, which always helps, but the hotel itself has been brilliant. The hotel has been done up beautifully, it feels fresh and well looked after. The rooms are quite basic, but they’re clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for a family of four. We stayed in room 1121 overlooking the pool, which was a great spot. The cleaners are friendly and do a great job. A special shout out to Havi the lifeguard, he’s been amazing with the kids, really playful and friendly, and just a genuinely lovely person to chat to. Erika at the kids club has also been fantastic, our children have loved it! They’ve been chefs, pirates, and loved making sand ornaments. We’ve been treated to complimentary tapas and shots by the pool most days by the very attentive Marga. The whole place has a really relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere which we’ve loved. It's a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach, with lots of shops close by. We’re not usually the type to return to the same hotel as we like to try new places, but we would happily come back here. The value for money has been excellent and we’ve genuinely loved every second. Highly recommend for families!"
