"We are repeater guests to the hotel and highly recommend it. The staff are so friendly and a pleasure to see every day. they offer amazing service when ever you need anything but don't make you feel uncomfortable, nothing is too much trouble. Michael around the pool is a stand out going "the extra mile". The rooms are very clean and again whatever you need they make sure you have within minutes to your room. The cupboard space is limited and this year they are charging an additional premium for the 3rd floor to give guests a better view but this was previously done as a complimentary service for loyalty. The hotel is in walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Thank you for looking after us! until next time...."

"Stayed here for 4 nights in April. Not peak season and very relaxing and not too busy. Room was exactly as in the photos and even fresher. Staff is very friendly all over. Pool area is nice and the terrace sunny. We had a car and parking was for free on the hotels private parking lot. Breakfast was a combination of buffet and à la carte. Very fresh. You can sit both inside or outside with great views. Gym is small but with the necessary equipment to do proper excersising. Location close to restaurants and shops in Portal Nous and also Puerto Portals a bit further away."
