"Arrived may 26th for ten nights . A family of four . I booked in September 2025 . I immediately emailed the hotel as we have a child who is nerodiverse. I had read reviews that the hotel was extremely loud at night . I asked for a quiet room if possible. Above the 4th floor . I got an extremely loud room over a bar on floor one and was told by Martha ( she was extremely rude to me and made me feel so uncomfortable) that my request was a wish and that it could not be granted unless I wanted to move to room 106 that was over the bar at the back of the hotel that these were the only options. She said it is how it is and both rooms are loud. That's absolutely appalling that you can email explaining childs needs in September and that they won't be met by may and then to be treated like your asking for a kidney after spending over three thousand euro . . I found her extremely obnoxious . It was upsetting. I wasn't happy with the room but we made it work I slept with my kids in the bedroom white noise and the fan they eventually fell asleep. My husband slept on the sofa in the sitting room well tried to sleep it's so loud at night. Fabbi on reception is very helpful and sweet and helped me with activities for the kids and taxis . Jenny the cleaner is amazing it's a hard job especially with all the children and she goes above and beyond a lovely lady so friendly and warm . The food is nice absolutely no problems at all we got breakfast every morning and were all happy we also ate from the snack bar by the pool it's good food something for all . The kids club are incredible all of them thank you so much for making my girls happy they loved every one of you . It's the cleaners and the kids club deserve so much praise for what they do. . Would I go back ? Probably but not to the first floor , it's not suitable for children who are sensitive. Other then that the hotel is good with a great pool and good vibes from the team working with the little ones ."

"Stay away unless your German, because that's all they are interested in, food poor, entertainment not very good but not the entertainers fault it's the budget they got to use."

"The hotel is nice but for us it was just a bit small and basic and not suited to young children. We had a 2 bed bedroom apartment and this was great with 2 young children(3 and 5), the apartment had plenty of space for all of us and was nice and clean. The downside like most hotels is the noise from other guests later in the evening and stomping like elephants, I was also woken at 6:30 by someone working in a staff cupboard that was next to our bedroom. Why I say it was small and basic is that the hotel only has 1 main pool and a kids splash park, the splash park is great but the main pool is just too small and gets very cramped, there is also only 1 restaurant and a snack bar, both serving food at the same but nothing in between so no snacks as far as I could see. Why I say it’s not for young children is the timings of the restaurant and evening entertainment are very late; breakfast from 8am, lunch from 12:30pm and dinner from 6:30pm, my kids are up early so breakfast could do with being from 7-7:30am and dinner is way too late as my kids are in bed between 6:30-7pm, my youngest fell asleep during dinner a couple of times and hardly ate, we ended up giving him an afternoon nap to try to keep him awake later. Evening entertainment was supposed to start with a mini disco or kids entertainment at 8:15pm but never started before 8:30 and then the main entertainment starting at 9pm, my kids were absolutely knackered and didn’t see much entertainment at all. I know the Spanish live later lives but English people generally don’t and as this hotel is very mixed with a lot of English they should definitely think about adjusting their timings. I’ve stayed in Mallorca many times and this is the latest I have seen dinner and entertainment. I definitely won’t be going again unfortunately."
