"Terrible place, reception barely speak English and are super rude. Pool was filthy and cut my kids feet. The place was filthy everywhere. Staff were rude and would shout at each other in front of guests. The apartments were shabby and all patched up. Location was great however I would stay away. I would avoid this place."

"The hotel rooms were modern and clean, and the location is excellent being right next to the beach and shops. We did have to call maintenance twice because the balcony door wouldn’t lock, which was frustrating. One of the receptionists seemed uninterested in helping with the issue, although the other reception staff were very helpful throughout our stay. There are plenty of food options in the restaurant, so it’s easy to find something you like, although the desserts all tasted very similar. Unfortunately, the restaurant manager appeared to have a poor attitude towards the staff. The entertainment was fairly basic, but the entertainment team themselves were brilliant and worked hard to keep everyone involved and having fun."
