Beaches, brunches, and the buzz of S’Arenal
S’Arenal is the best of Majorca: a buzzy bar scene, sandy shores that shelve into the Bay of Palma, and enough to keep the crowds who flock here as busy – or not – as they like.
Tent Arenal has bagged a spot right in the thick of it, with bars and restaurants aplenty on the doorstep. It’s less than 10 minutes’ walk from one end of S’Arenal Beach, too, which stretches all the way to Ca’n Pastilla five kilometres away.
The hotel is fresh from a renovation, so expect contemporary finishes and a swish pool scene. There’s a gym, too, if you fancy working up a sweat, and a bar where you can refuel with a coffee (or a cocktail). Mornings here are less about breakfast and more about brunch, so late risers can grab their first meal of the day right up until lunchtime. And it’s unlimited, self-serve eats, too, so feel free to do a second trip round the spread if you’re still peckish.
