"Worst room I've ever had... It doesn't match the advertised description, super dirty, bathroom full of mold... After asking to change rooms they were still rude and said that the room we were in was better than the one we had booked (after explaining that the difference was only that the room was bigger)... Menorca is spectacular but never this hotel."

"Very enjoyable stay, family of 4 Location was good, about 25min from the airport. Supermarket and a few small shops nearby but not a huge amount. The beach is about 15min walk away and is stunning. Stayed in a 2 bed suite, really spacious and clean. Wifi not great in rooms, worked better in main areas. All staff were really friendly and pleasant, entertainers really went out of their way to engage with the kids etc. Felt hard done by on the price we paid for all inclusive, as it wasnt "all inclusive" The bar area close to our room was closed for the season. All inclusive not included on the bar at the waterpark which was really disappointing, as we booked it on the basis the kids would spend a lot of time here, but then we needed to pay for refreshments. Bar at reception also not included. There is a fab outdoor entertainment area which wasnt in use during our stay unfortunately. We didn't spend a huge amount of time at the evening entertainment as it was in a dark room downstairs with only 1 staff member at the bar, would have availed more if it were outside. Hotel needs a change machine as bars/reception didn't/couldnt always give out change for cups/arcade games. Pools were nice and was no issue with sunbeds, people came and went without leaving towels down for the day which was really great. One pool allowed floaties, one didnt, depending on the life guard, which was unfortunate. Really enjoyed the food, plenty of choice and plenty of seating and plenty of staff. In a week stay, housekeeping only came twice. This didnt overly bother us apart from needing fresh towels. I would stay again but would make a huge difference if all inclusive covered the waterpark area, that was super disappointing"

"Marina Parc Arenal d'en Castell 1062385422 Firstly I must say I read most reviews about this place before we went and thought they were quite harsh. But we've just come home from a week at marina parc, it's a nice place some of the pathways could do with some maintenance work, pools great, water parc great, our 2 teenage grandchildren loved it. Rooms great but couldn't work air con and tv wouldn't change from spanish. Food mainly cold I'm a funny eater but even i managed to fill an hole. Reception staff brilliant, all bar staff n waiters work like mules, give em a tip and you'd think you'd have given them the world they were all brilliant. Now we were all party of 8 , me my hubby both recently retired, our 2 daughters their husband's and our 2 teenage grandchildren. I'm recovering from open heart surgery and doing well till the lovely warm weather hit me, we had 2 ramps and a slight up hill to dinner hall 3 times a day it was brutal on me I found it really hard to breathe, but I survived. Now this is what really got my goat, Ray who was sometimes policing the dinner hall and sometimes not, what was that all about. One lunch time my hubby myself n 2 grandchildren went for lunch after spending time round pool like most people in there, Ray took our room number again what was that all about, I was lagging behind n my granddaughter was helping me, just inside and Ray chased after us telling me we had to go because we had swimwear under our clothes like every other person in there, but he was adamant and out we went my granddaughter had a sarong on i had a long skirt n t shirt over costume, so we went without lunch because I couldn't walk all that again. But on the days that followed Ray on door or not I saw men women n children wearing swimwear, some wet some dryish wearing less than us too all having lunch so why weren't they asked to leave why Ray ? My family told me to let it drop but it really p'd me off."
