"This hotel is listed as a 4* hotel, but I would say that's a bit optomistic. The room we had was in the main block, it had all we needed but something's were just not up to the standard of 4* The lights in the bedroom were all ultra bright LED, and with a lack of bedside lights, you are either dazzled or in pitch darkness So if you want to read and your partner wants to sleep there's the issue. The bathroom is so tight for space, I have never tried to shower in such a small cubicle, I am 5.10 and 14 stone and every time I turned round in the shower I hit the controls and either turned it off or adjusted the temperature. The safe in the room is expensive €5 per night, aircon is not the greatest, left it running all night night on a low setting and was still 🔥 Staff all appeared friendly enough, but the quality and variation of food in the buffet could have been better It's location is it's star point ,right on the beach."

"Overview: I stayed at this hotel as half board, solo for 4 nights at the end of May ‘26 for a first time coming to menorca. Pros: - Location was stunning, over a walkway from the pool area was the beach which considering how full the other hotels were around, the beach was rather quiet which was a bonus. - Breakfast was amazing! Multiple types of food - from full English, cereals, cheese and meat to an assortment of pastries and sweet treats. - The staff were lovely, and as a solo traveller didn’t question as to why I was alone, they would come up and check I was alright (which I thought was very considerate) but would leave me be when I said I was all good. - There is a convenient shop next door for snacks/souvenirs. Cons: - When I first arrived to my room I think there was something wrong in the bathroom (assuming plumbing issue) as one of the maintenance staff kept asking to go in and work on it but I had not noticed anything wrong (not really a con as such but worth mentioning in case other rooms had this issue). - I also noticed with my room that whenever I walk into it I got hit with the smell of cigarette smoke even after leaving the balcony door open (I am not sure if smoking is allowed as I didn’t see any signs that said it wasn’t, but still not the type of smell you want to be falling asleep with). - The overall cleanliness of the room was okay however the floor and walls could’ve done with a hoover and mop/wipe down. - With the main meal it was quite similar each night just with a different type of meat, which for 4 nights I’d say is fine but if any longer I can imagine it being quite repetitive. The desserts were my favourite as they were different every time but they weren’t labelled very well (labelled as “assortment of desserts”) so not the best if anyone has an allergy. Worth mentioning: - I didn’t realise at the time of booking that the hotel was prime location for walking trails nearby - I’d definitely bring a pair of trainers with you to find those hidden gems, the walking trails themselves I would say are quite easy-medium (similar to walking in the woods with a few up hills and some uneven surfaces). - I can’t comment fully on the lunch option as I was only half board but hearing conversations with other all inclusive people they would say it’s repetitive and basically last nights main meal. - There’s not much to do surrounding the hotel as it’s just one road with loads of hotels. - The hotel itself is adult only which is great (especially when it came to meal times) however the hotel next door is family friendly and so during the day you can hear some of the activities that go on over there. - I chose to cancel my transfer to the hotel as with the new fingerprint and passport scanner families had to wait in a massive queue to go through the manual gate instead of the E-gate which was going to take hours (for reference I was the first one out of 60 people to get to my bus and even that was an hour after landing) - when going to Sant Tomas the bus route passes through Son Bou which is a very family friendly resort so I knew I’d be waiting forever in the heat. The taxi rank is right next to where the transfer busses are and cost me €35 for a 30 min trip. Overall would I stay here again? Yes! The pros I mentioned above made the trip even better and the cons didn’t bother me too much but just worth mentioning in case it’s a deal breaker for some people."

"So just returned form this hotel and what can I tell you. Well first off it very clean,the rooms are average size with 2 single beds pushed together to make a good size double. You have tea & coffee making facilities in the room as well as I worderobe and 2 sets of drawers either side of the bed. The room also has a TV with very limited channels and BBC northen island for some reason 🤔. The food was ok pretty much what you expect from all inclusive. The drinks were exactly the same as well...local wine,beer and standed soft drinks. The beach is a minute walk from the hotel however there were absolutely no sunbeds on the beach in may? Entertainment was brilliant every night...starting off with bingo and then a live show which for an all inclusive hotel was 5 star. And the Entertainment during the day was done by Johnny on his own 6 days a week from 10 am...he was absolutely brilliant and deserved a 5 star rating as he works so hard. Now the bad points. When you think of all inclusive you believe you get everything correct....not here you don't. Most items on the menu at the snackbar you have to pay for,the same with the premium cocktails in the poolbar and main bars which is very disappointing. Don't say your all inclusive if you have items to still need to pay for. Pool towels are payable to with a deposit that I think you get back but didn't use this service. Sunbeds are at a minimum round the pool and get taken up very early in the morning from anytime from 5.30 am onwards. If you went down at 8 am you probably wouldn't get one. The pool is fresh water and very cold 🥶 but nice when its really hot outside. Housekeeping is ok but we asked for towel and bed linen change and the charge was not up to par in respect that some items had stains on both new towels and sheets. But overall as an all inclusive hotel i will give it a 3 for facilities,5 for entertainment,3 for food and drinks and a 4 for location. The bus service it local towns is fairly good at 6 euros each but its at least 45 minutes to an hour to a local town. There is a gym onsite but its very small I also noticed a little bit of upkeep wouldn't go a miss as a couple of toilets cubicals had no locks on the doors so if you need to use them it made it quite uncomfortable and nerve racking to use. Probably wouldn't use this hotel again not because its bad because probably wouldn't visit the island again."
