"Friendly and efficient staff. Modern hotel located on a boulevard, about 1.5km from the city center. There is a tram stop 100 meters from the hotel that goes to Plaza Circular, on the edge of the City Center. Suggest you buy the ten ride rechargeable card, which is also good on city buses. Tap the card when entering the tram. It's an honor system but controls are frequent. The hotel has an excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped with a few minor problems. The bathroom fan is loud. The TV is small and has no English language channels. There are insufficient electrical plugs."

"Some of the staff are what make the hotel! Otherwise would not have booked - also my Partner is a Marriott Platinum Card Holder. The guy who looks after the bar - excellent! Girl with long hair on Reception also and the lady at breakfast also good too. A building must have been erected to stop the pool from getting sun until 4pm when the pool opens and the Lifeguard arrives! It feels as though it is being run on a shoestring budget. Location is fine. I’d love to talk with the GM….."

"AC Murcia was lovely surprise! Hotel is slightly dated in decor, few minor flaws here and there. There is a strong sewage smell lingering in the hallways ( plumping issue ? ) but we get used to it rather quickly. I would suggest to use ambientador in the hallways to hide the smell ... Five star rating goes to absolutely lovely staff. They were so hospitable and amable, always asking if we need something etc. Especially the ladies in the bar/ AC lounge were fantastic. Mamen and her collegue ( Lady with red glasses ) were absolutely amazing and took such a good care of us. Mamen makes the best G&T's !"
